The hotel has a great location near the Osulloc Tea Museum and is surrounded by nature, which I really loved. The rooms were spacious and offered a fantastic view, making my stay enjoyable. However, the service was lacking at times, especially when they refused to make a simple omelette. Dining options could also use improvement, as most of the food was cold and not very tasty, which was disappointing.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and I felt very satisfied with my twin bed room. However, the service did have some drawbacks, as the staff wasn't very versed in English and refused a simple omelette request.
